• David hunted high and low for delicious (and little-known) varieties like Teroldego, Tannat, Petit Verdot and a touch of Petite Sirah, blending them for a positively powerful red. 
• Filled with black fruit flavors and a rich, powerful finish, every sip is a memorable experience, especially when paired with a grilled ribeye steak or marinated pork belly. 
• Pulling inspiration from these ‘inky’ varieties, David connected with tattoo artist Zhou Dan Ting, also known as China’s First Lady of Tattoo, for the label design, so you get a delicious work of art, inside and out.
